Ascendancy and Aspiration

May 19/20/21, 2016

Is the organization you work in thriving? Are you thriving? What helps and what hinders energy? Berne talked about the “thrust of life” which he called the Aspiration Arrow or Physis. If we are alienated from the power of our inner core we become depleted in energy and the same goes for organizations. We will explore this important concept and how we can re-ignite it in ourselves, others and organizations.
