Roger Clare MCIPD, MAC, MSc (HRD), CQSW, BA.

Roger’s extensive experience in social work, community development & criminal justice as practitioner, senior manager, Director and developer gives him a deep appreciation of the complexity and challenges facing leaders, and enables him to coach a wide range of people to improve seemingly intractable situations.

As a manager he achieved a track record of innovation and success. In his last post as Director of an innovative public/ private partnership, he delivered highly acclaimed leadership and organizational change programmes. Currently Associate Lecturer at Derby University, he has been an Honorary Lecturer at the Institute of Local Government Studies at Birmingham University, and the Department of Criminology at Loughborough University.

Roger has a substantial record as a change agent with Boards, senior executives and all levels of many organizations in the UK and Europe. His interventions include consultancy, coaching, action learning, leadership development and team building, basing these on an integration of research evidence, coherent theory and practical personal experience. He brings a sophisticated understanding of individual, group and organizational behaviour and an ability to intervene at the right moment. This enhances individual and organizational well- being, performance and lasting change- not “quick- fixes”.
